I am ready knew it was a scam because I know they didn't run my credit until I arrived. I told him my situation was not good be he ensured me that they will get the banks to approve me. He even told me a story that they help someone that filed bankruptcy. So I arrived and I was right they did not run my credit until I arrived at first he said I was approved and I only have to put down 1,500.00. I said great then here comes the sales manager saying that he wasn't able to get me approved for that deal. I would have to put down 4,000.00. Scam written all over it. Do not go to this dealership at all!!!!! More

I had no intentions of purchasing that evening but I was introduced to Hector Rios and had such a wonderful experience that I traded my 2004 Chevy Tahoe in and drove the 2017 Chevy Tahoe home. Hector was amazing so informative, patient, knowledgeable and honest. He treated my son and I like family. Charles in financing was great as well.
