UPDATED: I thought this experience was going to be good considering Cammeron initially was polite, boy was I wrong!!! My husband who is military and I bought a 2024 used pathfinder from Ourisman Chevrolet considering Cammeron initially was polite, boy was I wrong!!! My husband who is military and I bought a 2024 used pathfinder from Ourisman Chevrolet after having issues at Ourisman Mazda. I added the 9H coating into the contract and opted for a 6-year tag since I was buying in MD but live in Delaware. Cammeron was aware of this, it was written in my contract, and I paid extra money to have the additional service and extended tags. Cammeron also said that they would fix three dents/scratches that were present on the vehicle for no charge and gave me a "We owe you" paper for it. My husband was not able to come with me because he just got stationed in California. When I went to pick up the vehicle because they had said that the vehicle was ready (scratches/dents fixed and 9H coating applied), the service was not completed, nothing had been done on the vehicle. My husband paid for an Uber three times for me because they kept having faulty work and did not fix the scratches repeatedly. They also thought I was stupid because I am a female and assumed I would know nothing about the 9H coating (what the paint should look like after it is applied, beading of water, and cure time), when I approached Cammeron about it he was disrespectful and told me it was not a big deal that they did not do the work. It was not until my husband called him that he was apologetic. Then KENYA totally disregarded the contract and only applied for a 2-year tag. She accused me of not opting for a 6-year tag when it was clearly in the contract and paid for. Cammeron admitted that she did the paperwork wrong and assured me that they would fix it. 19 days later and I had to call them to find out that the DMV said that I would have to do the paperwork. At this point my husband and I have been through more than enough with these people. We have lost time, and money dealing with them, from the countless Ubers, to paying extra for services that were not completed on three different occasions, to having to fix their mistakes without being compensated for it and them not reimbursing the additional funds. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They specifically disrespect and take advantage of women, that is horrible. More

Customer service is poor. Out of the blue, they finally called. The year of waiting for my chance to create my vehicle, there was absolutely no communication. They called and gave me less than 20 hours to send them my car build. They owe us money from a deposit (five months waiting for it to arrive via mail). They claimed it’s because they didn’t have our address when there is proof this is incorrect. They spoke poorly about their previous GM and how they basically are forced to do business with us because of him. Then they blew the deal up. Omar and company are duplicitous. More
My business partner and I had a highly disappointing experience at Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville. First and foremost, I want to express how rude and unprofessional manager Omar was throughout the process. He spoke to us in a way that was completely disrespectful. It was clear that Omar didn’t care about customer satisfaction, and his attitude made the entire experience far more stressful than it needed to be. Do better OMAR!!!! To make matters worse, the vehicle we were looking at was advertised as Certified Pre-Owned (CPO), but that was a lie, it clearly wasn’t they wanted us to pay a extra $800 to add into the deal. To false advertise then not take no accountability or try to come up with a solution to close the deal is just mind boggling. We were misled from the start. We had agreed on a $65k price, only for manager Edwin to suddenly tack on a 2% Philly tax after agreeing to the initial price. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, and it left a bad taste in our mouths. Very unprofessional to say the least. This type of behavior starts from the top on down. No Accountability or problem solving at this place. Whoever is the owner of this place should be ashamed!!! On a positive note We truly appreciate Davee’s kindness and effort throughout the process. But the rest of the experience was terrible. I would never step foot in this place ever again nor recommend anyone to this place. I had some initial concerns with my experience at Chevrolet Ourisman Rockville, but after discussing the situation further with Edwin, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I originally wanted Chevrolet Ourisman Rockville, but after discussing the situation further with Edwin, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I originally wanted a 2025 Chevy Trax with specific features, including a sunroof, but there was some confusion when I received the car without that feature. Edwin was incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns and ensuring I understood all my options. Despite the misunderstanding, the team worked with me to find a solution, and I appreciated their efforts to make things right. In the end, I got what I wanted, and Edwin's customer service really stood out. I recommend giving them a chance, especially if you're lucky enough to work with someone as dedicated as Edwin! More
