Good Evening: In fact it has ruined my perception and expectation of Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie. I refuse to pay this dealership any more of my money.... It is easy to respond to a review online that could be damaging to your reputation... I appreciate the response but very respectfully not impressed. I would have been more impressed if the quality of service that I have received from the time I purchased the car to any follow-up mechanical work that was needed. It would have been more helpful to be able to trust that the work I actually paid out of pocket for was done thoroughly, and more so, it would have been helpful if I had received the car fax prior to signing the contract and getting stuck with a Lemon, that I was told by other mechanics could go out at anytime. It would have been appreciated if the customer service was alot better... This was the worst experience of my life.... Thank you for your response.
