I stopped in to have a headlight replaced. They were able to see me right away and within the hour, I was driving away with two working headlights. The service was timely and the staff helpful. I gave the price a good rating because it cost over $166 due to the labor cost. With advanced technology, it is no longer the case that you can pop a worn bulb out and easily replace it with a new one. More
I brought my car in twice to the dealership. First time, they couldn't communicate with the car's computer. Tried for 3 hours. Took it to another dealer - fixed in 15 min. Second time,charged me for 2 hours of work to fix computer issues. 1 week later the problem was back. No confidence in service department. Other dealer heard similar issues from other customers. Our car had a problem and Buddy resolved the issue. He treated me with respect, dignity and courtesy. He came up with solutions that were cost effective and took care of the problem. Please make sure you check the price of the vehicle through out the process. I purchased a Vehicle NEW a it was missing items from it.The dealership took 3 weeks to replace items from my truck. Try calling the dealership with a problem and see how long in takes to speak with someone or even resolve the issue. Customer service was the worst ever*** Last year I purchased a new vehicle and it broke down on 495. This year I purchased a truck and they offered 1 free oil change because this was the 2nd vehicle I brought. Buy at your own risk***** More
