Excellent Buy Experience! I was given an recommendation by a family member to visit Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie. My salesman was not in the Dealership at the time of my arriva I was given an recommendation by a family member to visit Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie. My salesman was not in the Dealership at the time of my arrival, not to mention that He did not know that I was in route. I was greated by several staff members to inform me that Derrick was in route back to the Dealership and their outstanding professionalism was noted. Derrick is a very patient and caring individual. He kept every word that He stated to me in regards to making the deal go through. He had Chris, the New Car sales Manager to be part of making me satisfied with the deal. The two were working above and beyond together and I'm more than grateful for that. I would like to also mention Ozzie for his hospitality for passing the time with me while I waited for the paperwork to be processed. Thank you is such small words, but I must say, this team of three made it to be more than that. More

Purchase of Camero was just a scam. I responded to your advertisement of a used Camero several months ago and ended up getting a runaround. I made several trips to the dealership-at thei I responded to your advertisement of a used Camero several months ago and ended up getting a runaround. I made several trips to the dealership-at their request-only to be told that they didn't think that car was right for me and refused to sell it to me. Instead, they wanted me to purchase a new vehicle or several other used vehicles. I tried to find someone in management to discuss this strange situation. I also called the dealership several days later-without identifying myself-and was told that the Camero was still available and invited me down for a test drive. Go figure. More

The level of service at this dealership is close to non-existent. I submitted online documents in interest of a car. I received a message from a sales representative who asked me to call him back regarding my application. I called back the next day and I was informed he was not there. I called the day after, and stated again I was calling for a specific representative, and was again informed he was not there. I was then asked if I would like to speak to another sales representative about my application and I was put in contact with Lee Putney. I informed Mr. Putney that I put in a previous online application, an he immediately, and rudely, cut me off stating he could not speak with me about my application because it was confidential information and I could be lying to him about who I was. While I understood his reasoning, it was his tone that was disrespectful. He then insisted that I come in because he can "only talk to me if I come in." I asked him specifically about the internet pricing, thinking this was information he could easily expound upon because it's not confidential, but he only continued to rudely insist he can "only talk to me if I come in." Easily sounding like a scam artist. I decided to go to the dealership to get the answers I was interested in, but also to inform Mr. Putney he was rude and disrespectful when he spoke to me on the phone earlier, and remind him that I'm a potential buying customer. Upon meeting him, I was escorted to his desk and I brought up the subject of his earlier rudeness. He angered quickly stating, "Oh, you're one of those people" and asked me if I wanted to work with someone else because he's "not the person for us". He, shockingly, stood up from his desk, and asked his fellow sales reps if they wanted to help us because he couldn't. We meet with another representative who was indeed nicer, but I was supposed to receive information on various packages, and after 2 days have received nothing. My overall review of Lee Putney, and this dealership as a whole is utter shock. I've never been more appalled, or more disrespected as a customer. I will never again attempt to do any business with this dealership, nor will I refer anyone to this dealership. More

My son is tall and they recommended the Cruze which is incredibly roomy inside for a small car. He said it's the only small car that he has ridden in that has exceptional leg and shoulder room for him (plus it has great gas mileage). Ron, Meredith and Shanise provided impeccable customer service for our car buying experience. More
Bought a 2015 Camaro- Collision Center messed it up I bought my car a couple of months ago. On a rainy Saturday, a deer ran into the front right side of my car. I was just pulling off from a red light, I bought my car a couple of months ago. On a rainy Saturday, a deer ran into the front right side of my car. I was just pulling off from a red light, so the damage was minimal. However, Debi (Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie - Collision center/body shop employee), was very rude and disrespectful to me. She seem to have and issue, making sarcastic comments about me driving a Mercedes (rental) and owning a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro that I just purchased. She wanted to put after market parts on my vehicle and arranged for me to have a minivan or Sentra as my replacement rental. I pay extra to my insurance company, so I have an equivalent rental (should I need a rental). I pay this bill, I am the client, I make those decisions, not the body shop receptionist. She told me on June 24, 2015, I could get my car repaired until July 6, 2025 if I choose to wait for a OEM windshield for my Camaro. I was very specific that my insurance company authorized OEM parts for my new Camaro (as after market parts significantly depreciate the value of s new car and they don't always fit). I told Debi and Bill Ferko that I'd buy my own windshield and to ONLY repair the front right fender damage. Prior to conducting my vehicle stop off inspection, I requested to speak with the collision shop manager. Debi lied and said he was out to lunch, and I'd have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for him to return. My don and I walked into the collision center and Debi aggressively told me to sit down in a chair she pointed to. This hag lost her mind, I'm s grown woman. I let her know that I finance this matter, I make the decisions, and though I MAY need her assistance with facilitating my repairs, I don't need direction where and when to take a seat. Ooh!! Bill Ferko was in his office, too. He was no help and very dismissive (as if gorgeous young black woman can't own brand new cars, be articulate, drive Mercedes (which was only a freaking rental - C300), be well dressed in a suit, and call the shots. Yep, we do, we have and we most certainly will. NEWSFLASH: THEY COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY BRAND NEW CAR!! They horribly scratched up my new key, and I have all kinds of scratches/scrapes/dings/new body damage to my car. I took photos DNS video prior to dropping off my vehicle. I was apprehensive, but I trusted Bill to be s professional (NOT)!! They've fraudulent billed my insurance company, they installed an unnecessary windshield that I didn't authorize, they tried to double bill me and then my insurance company, and the total right side and front bumper of my car are NOT flush and in totally out of sink. More

Then, just when I didn't think that we could afford it, they helped us get it for a price that we could live with. I cannot recommend this dealership enough - they were kind, funny, respectful, and came through for us in every way. Thanks guys, and thank you Shanise in finance for helping turn our paperwork around in lightening time after a long day! More
Scam. We purchased a truck from this "dealership" over a month ago. We traded in our other vehicle for this truck. About 2 weeks ago they started calling (harassing) us claiming that the loan didn't go through. Keep in mind we had already signed everything, owned the car, and they had told us that the bank we got the loan with approved us. It still isn't being resolved. They continue to harass us. It is not our fault that they sold us the car when they apparently didn't have the money to do so but lied and let us take the car home? This place is an absolute scam. DO NOT buy a car here. You will regret it as we do. We will never ever recommend this place to anyone. More

Lou Igbon greeted us as we stepped out of our old car, listened to us and responded to our every need and question. Lew Gilinsky was not only professional and thorough, he was also very kind, very responsive. I was ready to take him home with us. You, Chevrolet, are very lucky to have him and his team. And we are, as well. Lew, Lou, the service department and Mark Cho make me feel that I am in good hands, that I am safe, that my family is safe. That's a very good feeling. Most Non professional People We have bought 3 cars from this dealership, these people were very nice when we buy the car, but after that they even didn't pick up the phone to list We have bought 3 cars from this dealership, these people were very nice when we buy the car, but after that they even didn't pick up the phone to listen your problem, and even if they pick up the phone they made false promise with you to resolve the problem, even this General manager make false promise and never call back and we have to go Dist Attorney General and file a consumer complaint against this dealer ship, so my opinion is GO SOMEWHER ELSE AND SAVE HEADACHE More
