Ourisman needs to get approvals or not approved responses for changes and price increases from their estimates. The government will look into Ourisman's practices of increasing prices without customer approvals.

Ourisman Chevrolet adjusted the price back down to the $414 printed on the estimate but now Ourisman stated that I must wait to be reimbursed for a headlight and tire that I provided to their repair shop. I asked Ourisman to contact me when the reimbursement payment is available for me to visit them an pick it up. When Ourisman contacts me to get my reimbursement, I will show the repair shop problems that were discover with the bodywork and paint that they worked on. This has been a very disappointing experience with Ourisman Chevrolet.
