Worst service that I have experienced. Had my car detailed last July but they just left it oily with visible dirt. Mind you my car was not that dirty I just got it because of the detailing Had my car detailed last July but they just left it oily with visible dirt. I also reported a noise problem on my radio that when I googled for a few seconds sent me to some forums that they just need to update my radio but when they returned the car to me they did not mention that it was not fixed. I just saw in the paper the next day that they said they cannot recreate the problem. Gave them another chance and had my oil change this August. The service advisor offered me the 25k mileage service but I said that I have to leave at 9:30am (dropped the car off at 7am) but he said that he can also do the service by 9:30am. I paid everything after the service at around 9:35 and went on my way. The next day i noticed that the windshield wipers are creating a weird sound and upon inspection there's now a scratch on my windshield. Went back to report this problem. The service advisor initially told me that my vehicle got a report about the bad wipers from the technician and he told me about it but HE haven't said anything about it. When another person came he made an excuse that he had to rush it because I wanted to leave early so he was not able to tell me about the problem but I did not get a hardcopy or an email of the vehocle report that they should have given to me. I DID NOT ASKED for the 25k service but he offered it to me to make income but now it is my fault that he got greedy. This is the worst service center in Maryland that only wants your money but would not take responsibility from their mistakes. More

Since March 20th, I have been through 2 service reps and the service manager and they won't return phones calls, they just pass the blame. The service is not good. They just do the bare minimum. Most places at least top of your fluids if you're low they didn't. I would love to go to this dealer to get my major work done, but the service prices are extremely high. I have a 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS with a trade in value of $5500. If your service center told me $1500 I would have gotten you guys to do the work. More
