The service at this dealership was excellent , they were so friendly and caring. I went into the dealership "oh i don't have the best credit, so i don't think im going to get a car". But little did i know i so friendly and caring. I went into the dealership "oh i don't have the best credit, so i don't think im going to get a car". But little did i know i walked out of the dealership with a new 2012 Chevrolet car. I was so surprised that i was able to get a car. The employees there where so friendly and caring , they tried there best to get me a new car and they did . I was so ecstatic to get a new car. I didn't Even have to put any money down. I was so surprised at everything that they did for me at this dealership , i felt like family the way they helped me to get a new car. I would recommend everyone to please go here , i already recommended a few of my friends. This dealership is by far the best one i have went to . Thank you for all your help ! More
This new car purchase experience was one of the very best, if not the best, business experiences I have ever had. I have been a business professional for over 30 years and the quality of service from t best, if not the best, business experiences I have ever had. I have been a business professional for over 30 years and the quality of service from the sales experience to the financing experience to the follow-up, has been awesome. I especially appreciate the professionalism, attention to detail and balanced team approach that Mr. Adula Carr (Sales Consultant) and Ms. Michelle Thomas (Financial Director) provided. Mr. Erik Douglas was there to oversee everything and assist as needed. Everyone, the receptionist, front desk personnel, etc. were friendly, responsive and accomodating. We were hand-held through the entire process; time spent to get us familiar with all the wonderful technology included in our auto packages and assurance of our understanding and satisfaction were priorities for the Fox team. There were many more employees, whose names I don't recall, but the management at Fox Chevrolet on Security Boulevard in Baltimore, MD. is one for other dealerships to model. There is a general air of positivity in the office and these very negative times, being treated with respect and genuine concern was one of the biggest determining factors for our car deal. Fox Chevrolet is top notch and I will tell all my family members and friends that Fox is the way to go! More
Worst customer service experience ever. They failed to complete the insurance process properly which is something dealerships have always done for me seamlessly and as a result we received three threateni complete the insurance process properly which is something dealerships have always done for me seamlessly and as a result we received three threatening letters from the MVA and were forced to pay a $290 fine to avoid having our registration suspended and turning in our plates. In addition, they transferred the plates of the car we traded in onto our new vehicle and knowing we paid transfer plate fees and not being experts in the autmotive industry since this is not my job, its theirs, we thought this was okay. We did not know anything was wrong until we saw different plates listed on MVA paperwork much later. So who knows what additional fines and penalties are on the way now. The general mananger was very arrogant and refused to apologize when I actually asked for an apology. We did not get any good customer service, not one apology the whole time, and he even tried to put the ownership on us. He kept making excuses as if they did not do anything wrong. He refused to pay back the fines. Very rude and severely lacking empathy and customer service. I will pursue this to the furthest extent possible until I get justice. Stay far away no matter what deal they are offering! Horrible Horrible Horrible! More
Marty at Fox Chevrolet service department is a bully. He'd rather listen to himself pontificate on what he knows about cars then listen to any problem the customer iis experiencing. The staff is friendly - but that's about all you can say. They screwed up the financing paperwork multiple times, which required multiple Fed Exes - and $750 more than we had been told, but my attorney advised me that it wasn't worth it to pursue. Nevertheless, we were left feeling like we were ripped off, having SIGNED PAPERWORK for one price at the dealership, then being told that they had messed up and had to redo the price. The financing people were a joke - there was one competent one, but the others couldn't answer basic questions and kept having to call or go meet with other people. Save your time and go to a better dealership... More
I bought a vehicle from this dealership 3 years ago. When they did the financing they switched the buyer and co buyer signature around. The paperwork that I have shows me as the owner.
