While my truck was in its care, an employee took my vehicle on a 490-mile joyride. The employee smoked in my truck and then CRASHED it! To add insult to injury, Chris Ourisman terminated my rental and only means of transportation on December 23, 2022, two days before Christmas, leaving me and my 10-year-old daughter stranded for the holidays! Although my vehicle is still under manufacturer's warrantee, Ourisman took my rental without providing a loaner, dishonoring the agreement that dealerships have with GM. Ourisman has left me without means of transportation to get to work, run errands and travel for the holidays! I just paid a $700 car payment and car insurance for a vehicle that Ourisman crashed and has sitting in its lot along with all of its many other cars, but leadership saw fit to take the ONE and only car that I depended on to sustain my daughter and I and our livelihood! According to Ourisman's lawyer, Ourisman has begun imposing a storage fee as of Monday, December 19, 2022 for housing my damaged vehicle, even though they are the one responsible for the damage! Every level of leadership within the Ourisman Automotive Group has displayed a total disregard of me as a customer and has shown nothing but unfair business practices and corporate bullying tactics, like its imposition of storage fees on a vehicle that they crashed! Ourisman will say one thing and then change it up when requested to have its words put in writing. The only thing Ourisman has committed to put in writing are insulting offers that are not viable options. Ourisman offered to fix my car. However, I would NEVER trust them to do anything for me EVER in life! In addition to fixing my car, the General Manager said the dealership wouldn't report it as being crashed unless I wanted to do so. My vehicle sustained major damage. Therefore, his suggestion to not report this information shows Ourisman's level of dishonest business practices! The second option presented to me was that Ourisman would pay $4K towards damages if I want it repaired elsewhere. However, repair costs are over $8K in order to fix my truck properly. Under this option, I would be responsible to pay the $4K difference. Ourisman's final offer was to purchase my truck for $1K less than what I owe. I would have to give Ourisman $1K towards their buyback option and I would still be left without transportation! Ourisman's customer service is abysmal, its business acumen infantile at best, and its rogue behavior is pervasive from the bottom to the top! Although I can't attest to the moral fortitude of the Ourisman Founders, the new kids on the block will drive both its legacy and company straight to the bone yard! They informed me the lifters had gone out of the truck. It took over 3 weeks for them to get an approval for my warranty company who paid the max of $7,500, which still leaves me with an out of pocket cost of roughly $2,000. Additionally, the representative, Kaleb had also attempted to add other things to the price that had nothing to do with my engine or lyfters, which would have had me out of much more. Without asking for clarification of the price, this would have never been understood and the additional charge would have stuck. The used engine finally arrived October 17, 2022 and I was informed it would take until October 27th to be installed. Keep in mind I am constantly having to call to inquire about the status and date of total repair with no follow-up at all from them, as well as having to find transportation for this long. Calling on yesterday the 27th and speaking again with Kaleb, he proceeds to tell me I will have to pay additional fees for the oil and other fluids that are needed to ensure the engine is working correctly, which obviously should have been already included in the $9,500 price and also meant my truck was still not ready as promised. They have extended the repair out to Monday the 31st now, which will put them over a month having my truck and me out of that much more money renting cars. Please help! More
My appointment was at 8 am for an oil change & a car wash, they said it would be an hour & 45 mins. Turned out to be 3 hours and they didn't wash my vehicle! Makes you wonder if they are doing any of th wash, they said it would be an hour & 45 mins. Turned out to be 3 hours and they didn't wash my vehicle! Makes you wonder if they are doing any of the services customers request or just doing the bare minimum to get paid!!! I will not be returning as this is not the first time this has happened. More

DO not believe the advertised prices, they are totally a bait and switch dealership. They showed a $5000 ouirsman family discount online for a new car and tried to pressure an in person negotiation, but I bait and switch dealership. They showed a $5000 ouirsman family discount online for a new car and tried to pressure an in person negotiation, but I said no and I am glad I didn't waste 3 hours in dealership because when they finally sent me a quote the $5000 disappeared supposed due to market demand.....but they had 10 of the same car in stock and they had been on lot for a while. If I could give them no stars I would - don't buy ANYTHING from this dealership. I was so excited to buy my first ever new car. This ended up so terribly because the staff at this dealership cannot f ANYTHING from this dealership. I was so excited to buy my first ever new car. This ended up so terribly because the staff at this dealership cannot fix their own mistakes. I went in to buy a Bolt (with Fast Charging - the ONLY specific I cared out). Being new to EVs I asked over and over again and was assured I was getting the correct car. I did not. When I realized this and called to try and fix it, the resolution was for me to "trade in" the car that was NOT the car I wanted. This was after they told me the salesperson "did not recall" the conversations specifically, and the sales manager in charge of the deal was now out on leave (I bought the car less than a month ago). They wanted me to pay the difference, then buy another new car. When I said that was profoundly unfair, given the mistake was theirs, they claimed there was "nothing they could do" just like the trade-in value of my old car was what it was. When I replied that, actually, the trade in value of my car CHANGED over the course of negotiations, they got huffy and said they took a loss on it but whatever. So. My first ever new-car buying experience ended up being the WORST. EXPERIENCE. The car is great! The salesperson was actually really kind and I'm not naming them because I don't think this is their fault). The management/service at this dealership? Abysmal. They either don't know what they are doing, or do not know how to correct an honest mistake honestly, or most likely: they don't care because they got my money and now do not care at all. Which, OK? But not exactly a great way to run things. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go anywhere else you can - because this place is TERRIBLE. And I'm really sad to say that, given how much I love the Bolt itself. More
If you are looking to purchase a Corvette. Go somewhere else. I have purchased 16 cars in the last 14 years. 13 brand new and 3 used. I have never experienced a dealership worse than Ourisman near the else. I have purchased 16 cars in the last 14 years. 13 brand new and 3 used. I have never experienced a dealership worse than Ourisman near the Baltimore area. If there are 10 reasons to hate a Car dealership, Ourisman Chevy will top the list in all 10 and will be the best example to be a bad car dealer. They are liars. They don't honor their contracts. They overcharge every opportunity they get and their mark-up are very high on sale price and service parts. Usually Car dealerships make more money from Servicing your car than from the sale. But Ourisman does not care about all the money they make from the Service, because they mark-up the price of the car at the sale so they do need to have anything to do with the customer after sales. They are not interested in service your car once the sale is made. That's how much money they make on the mark-up they charged you at the time of sale. During negotiating the price of my brand new the vehicle, they promised 2 years free service. but wait, that was 1st year free service already included by GM they are taking from you. On new cars there squeeze in a lot of hidden costs and on used cars you will end up paying $3-4K more than any other dealership. For the sake of serving the community we should not encourage business with bad practices. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to a friend. More
Online buyer beware. This is one of the dealerships that baits you in with a lower internet price and then once you are there they switch to a much higher price due to a “reconditioning” fee. baits you in with a lower internet price and then once you are there they switch to a much higher price due to a “reconditioning” fee. I have brought many cars in my life time and I must say this was the best experience that I have had. Devlin did not hassle or hurry me. He gave me the time to ask any questions that I and my husband had. this was the best experience that I have had. Devlin did not hassle or hurry me. He gave me the time to ask any questions that I and my husband had. He was all around great. If I needed to buy another car today or tomorrow he would be my go to guy. Thank you so much Devlin. Let me also add the whole staff I had to deal with that day was great. I was so impressed when I was walking out of there in my brand new car and had not even produced a cent to them yet, but they trusted it was not far behind. Thank you to you all and my God bless and prosper your business and families. More
