Hal was very nice, honest, forthright and amiable and a true pleasure to work with as my salesman. Erin did all the paperwork with a smile and clear explanations. Jeff was great in finance - everything clearly explained, nothing tricky or sneaky, and everyone lets you make your own decisions with the information they give you. This is a fun-loving place to work, you can tell. There is no smarmy, sharks-circling vibe at all. They are happy to let the cars sell themselves, and to walk you through the process as much or as little as you need. I have purchased five cars in the last 18 months, six in the last three years, and 13 cars in my life. This was my best car-buying experience of them all. Out in less than 4 hours from the first time I walked in the dealership, and I'm totally happy with my car and my experience. This the way I would run a dealership. Way to go, Ourisman Kia Chantilly! This time My better half wanted a compact car and we got a quote from True Car. We dropped in at Ourisman Chantilly without any appointment and were test driving the immediately available Kia Rio. Mike Runfalo made the experience great and unforgettable with his professionalism and great assistance in explaining the best options and availability. Billy was kind to meet our price expectation and Emmad ensured we were in and out under a couple of hours. Thank you guys !!! Professional service with a smile! I went to this dealership as my lease was ending on my Honda Pilot. I was on my 3rd (or 4th, can't really remember!) Honda Pilot and I really loved it I went to this dealership as my lease was ending on my Honda Pilot. I was on my 3rd (or 4th, can't really remember!) Honda Pilot and I really loved it, but I figured I could at least give the Kia Sorrento a lookover, since it was rated higher (and cheaper) than the 2015 Honda Pilot was. Ashley Smith greeted me and helped show me all the bells and whistles of the various models, and took me and my wife on individual road trips, as we were with our kids. I decided that I was interested, but the model I wanted was a bit pricey for my budget. After a bit of negotiating (Who DOESN'T negotiate at a dealership), we came to a very reasonable agreement and made a deal. To top it off, during my signing of the paperwork, Ashley helped keep my 2 children occupied while the financial manager and I signed and discussed everything, as my wife had to leave on short notice, leaving me with the kids. The dealership also has a small room where kids and young teens can play with some toys and/or watch video games. I really appreciated the time and effort Christopher Bell and Ashley Smith put into getting me into my new Kia, and I would definitely recommend to people that they stop by and check it out. More

The first time I was just looking and I appreciated Mike Runfola for not trying to pressure me to buy that day. He continued to keep in contact with me over email. Answering all me questions and giving me prices. I returned to Ourisman ready to buy with an amount in mind. I worked with Ben Braunstein and he was very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and I did not feel rushed. Each person I came on contact with was knowledgeable and patient. Chris Bell was more than fair on my trade in value and Emmad Shredel was amazing at explaining my financing options. This was hands down my best car buying experience. Not to mention my new Sorento is BEAUTIFUL!!! More
Impressed with Quality & Kindness This is the third dealer I've been to in my life, and the fifth that I emailed or talked to recently regarding my wanting to trade in a Honda Accord This is the third dealer I've been to in my life, and the fifth that I emailed or talked to recently regarding my wanting to trade in a Honda Accord and put the value down towards a newer car. I did a lot of research before deciding on visiting Ourisman Kia - and the primary reasons I decided to go in person to this dealer were their online pricing, online ratings, and conversation I had with Henry. He was informative, low key, and didn't try to pressure me at all. I wanted to test drive a Kia Soul and had changed my mind a few times before finally deciding that this was the car for me. It's hard to explain exactly why - but love that Soul!! Long story short - I worked with the Emmad in finance, Henry in sales and also met many others including Jeff who were a wealth of welcoming and good information. I happily left with a leased brand new Inferno Red Kia Soul and adore the car. For whatever reason, after a day or so felt unsettled about leasing. It's something many comfortably do, but maybe I'm just old school and in the end want to own my own vehicle or decide to trade it in on my own terms. It just didn't seem like it would ever feel like "my" car. I called two days later (today) and asked if their "3 day no questions asked return policy" applied to leases and the person I spoke with in finance said yes. I let her know I wanted to return my car and offered up the issues I had with leasing. She asked if I would be willing to listen to some purchase options when I came in, and could not have been nicer, which was a relief since I was nervous to come in and return the new Kia Soul. I was warmly greeted by Henry, followed by Jeff and another sales associate I had met yesterday who helped me get my plates off of my old car. Jeff worked with me on my issues, and collaborated with Emmad to offer me something I could not refuse. Henry even cleaned my old coveted personalized plates and put them on my new car (this wasn't possible with a lease - but is allowed with a purchase). All I can say is that I'm now a happy camper, and making payments towards eventually owning my awesome Kia Soul. Am thrilled. One interesting thing is the incredible teamwork that is present when you are there. Even in the few days that I have dealt with them - if I needed something - it didn't matter who I initially dealt with - a smiling nice person was always at the ready to assist. This is hard to come by and made for a wonderful experience. I was respected, listened to, and a more than fair solution was worked out - all in a very short amount of time. If you want an experience where *your* best interests are at heart - and not lining someone else's pockets - or the dealership's interest coming before your own - please visit Ourisman Kia in Chantilly!
