I tried to purchase a 2000 Civic from this dealership for the price they were aski left other businesses...this is the first 1 star I've ever given. I tried to purchase a 2000 Civic from this dealership for the price they were asking from out of state and they did not want to sell the car to me. I reached out on May 4th...Ashley said she would contact me and never did. (Pics Uploaded) I called yesterday and spoke with Jody and asked what necessary steps I needed to purchase the car which at that point she referred me over to Alicia or Alisia...Manager who told me they could not hold the car however I could call back on Friday...May 21st and try to lock in the car. I called Friday and spoke with Crystal(Manager)...who initially seemed like she wanted to help and sell me the Civic...but ultimately it still fell through. She gave me a quote for $500 dollars more than what the car was originally listed for...which I noticed and she corrected. I then spoke with Aaron in the Finance office and inquired about receiving/getting all of the routing and account numbers to have my credit union transfer them the money to their Suntrust Bank....he calls me about a hour later saying he made a mistake and I'm not 100% able to get the car even though I have my funds in process of being transferred literally at that moment. He stated he made the mistake and the GM was not willing to work with me I'm guessing cause I'm out of state. They kept blaming it on the inventory...whatever. I asked to speak with the manager in which I was directed to Billy Brown. Worst Customer Service Experience in my life...Buyers Beware. In all of my years being in the Automotive Industry and even teaching /providing Automotive related skills and education to students at a local community college I can honestly say I felt discriminated against and felt completed ignored and disrespected as a potential and willing buyer. More
Purchased Kia Niro EV over the phone from North Carolina then flew in to pick up the car and drive it home. Ashlee, Crystal, Brianna, and Ben were friendly and professional and worked well together as team then flew in to pick up the car and drive it home. Ashlee, Crystal, Brianna, and Ben were friendly and professional and worked well together as team to make the process as seamless as possible. They picked me up from the airport and I was able to complete the paperwork and vehicle demo in just over an hour and be on my way home to NC. Highly recommend them! More
Drove 2 hours. Purchased 2008 MKX. Vehicle had soluble/fixable problems that I was aware of. Dealer never made mention of them or had an excuse. For the first time ever, I did not feel the "old school" bull crap pressure tactics of the "stereotypical" Dealer pressure to purchase a car. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to this dealer, and in the end, i bull crap pressure tactics of the "stereotypical" Dealer pressure to purchase a car. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to this dealer, and in the end, it was more than worth it as I felt zero pressure, and I experienced a fun, friendly, relaxed, professional and courteous environment. Kudos to the Ourisman Chantilly Kia Team (Jodi, Jose, Tyler & Gary) for not only making me feel comfortable, but also extremely happy with my purchase. And believe me, I personally mange about 300 million dollars worth of Engineering Project Revenue, so getting a compliment from me is by far the toughest feat ever. Anyone hesitant of going to dealers because of said “stereotypical” tactics that have been well know in the industry can put that fear aside. These folks at Ourisman Chantilly Kia will make you feel “right at home” and not feel one ounce of pressure at all. More
