I just went In for an oil change yesterday, I always do my oil changes at this dealer, and tire rotations, always been good, except yesterday. I was concerned about a ticking in the engine. I had them chec my oil changes at this dealer, and tire rotations, always been good, except yesterday. I was concerned about a ticking in the engine. I had them check it out, leaving my truck overnight, so it’s a cold start. Upon coming in to to pick it up yesterday, I find out, they charged me over $70 just to listen to the engine, when they were bringing it in for the oil change.I bought this truck new there, have a warranty, and have all my services done there. I feel like I was ripped off, might just take my truck to a quick lube for now on. They have always been good, not happy with an additional charge, just to listen to the engine, when you’re bringing it in for a service anyway. It only takes one bad experience. More
