I was told the car had no coolant issues and the car over heated the next day after I spoke to the manager over in the service department and they charged me 162$ for no good diagnosis. More

Otto Cadillac is over rated and does not do a satisfactory job especially diagnostic they just want to generate money not a meaningful business.

Greetings and thank you for choosing Otto Cadillac for your maintenance and repair needs. I am sorry to hear that we were unable to diagnose your vehicle when it came in for service. After looking into the diagnosis report I can see that our technicians were unable to replicate the problem. In circumstances where we cannot replicate a problem we are also unable to repair it. When we do find a problem we address it with the customer before we initiate any repairs. The diagnosis fee was charged as with any diagnosis but that is waived if the vehicle has to come back within a reasonable time for the same issue. That can happen when we cannot replicate the problem. I am also sorry to hear that you believe we are an over-rated dealership and that we only want to generate money. That is not the case at all. Otto Cadillac has been in business for over 40 years and has maintained our status as a reputable dealership by conducting fair business practices, a family atmosphere and providing World Class Customer Service. What I would recommend is bringing the vehicle back in for service. We can attempt to diagnose it again. There will be no diagnostic fee. We can provide you with a loaner car while the vehicle is being diagnosed. Thank you for your time and understanding.
