I would highly recommend Andrew. However, this review is for the technician(s) who worked on my Cadillac. On 3/7/22, I brought my black 2014 Cadillac CTS Premium AWD in for a simpl However, this review is for the technician(s) who worked on my Cadillac. On 3/7/22, I brought my black 2014 Cadillac CTS Premium AWD in for a simple oil change. I discovered the cup holder cover was stuck in the open position and it would not retract to close. Much to my dismay, the cup holder cover was actually shoved back into the console as if someone forcefully pushed it open beyond its stopping point. I closed my cup holder cover when I left my vehicle with the technicians, so I'm not sure why the technician or anyone else would open and search my cupholder when all I wanted was an oil change. Upon discovering this impairment, I immediately told Bill McLean that my cup holder cover would not retract. He tried forcefully opening it which made me even more nervous because I was afraid it would only damage it more. Andrew drove my vehicle back to the technicians who used a flat head screwdriver to uplift the cover while I pulled it simultaneously. I explained to the technician that the correct way to open/close the cup holder in the Cadillac CTS is to simply tap the silver groove and it self-retracts via tracking mechanism. I overheard another technician say, "I didn't even know it did that." The technician that worked on my vehicle was clearly incompetent and even I knew more about the proper handling of the Cadillac CTS. What was supposed to be a simple oil change turned into the technician impairing my Cadillac's interior mechanism. Furthermore, no one took responsibility for causing my cup holder cover impairment. The condition I left my Cadillac in at the beginning of the appointment with Otto was not the condition I received it in after the completion of my oil change. It was potentially damaged with absolutely no responsibility or explanation on Otto Cadillac's behalf. My appointments at Otto Cadillac are fairly good but this one was the exception. I have lost my confidence in their handling of my Cadillac for future potential appointments. More
