The experience started off with two voicemails I left for the service manager over the course of two weeks that never got returned to me. I’m sure Bill is very busy, but I was expecting at least a call b for the service manager over the course of two weeks that never got returned to me. On my third call I spoke to Melissa who was very nice and scheduled my appointment for a steering wheel vibration problem I’ve been having with my Cadillac. When I dropped off my car I told them I already had the tires balanced and also brand new tires so I didn’t think tires was the cause of the vibration. Within a couple of hours they called and said my tires need to be re-balanced and an alignment. So I had that done, picked up the car and still have the vibration. I will admit that the vibration is better than it was before, but the car should not be vibrating at all. The day after I picked it up I left a message for Andrew telling him that I still had the vibration, but I have not received a call back yet. Everyone at the dealership was very polite, it’s just disappointing they couldn’t fix the problem. More
