Unfortunately won’t be returning. Not only was my last vehicle in service 5 different times (only 1 time being a smooth experience) but I was dumb enough to buy another car from them. Not only was my last vehicle in service 5 different times (only 1 time being a smooth experience) but I was dumb enough to buy another car from them. At my 1 month mark of buying the car I had to schedule for service due to a belt making some noise. When I called I was told I needed to schedule with the Chevy location because they’ll specialize on my Tahoe. Ok great. I got into the Chevy location 2 days later. My car was completely inspected and I was given a paper showing 6k worth of work. A month after purchasing it. The Chevy location advised me to call CDJR immediately. So I hung up and texted my salesman asking if my car was inspected prior to purchasing. It was. He then asked why I scheduled at the Chevy location. I told him when I called to schedule they told me to call Chevy. He said it’s probably because the lift at their shop isn’t rated for my Tahoe. They said they wanted to make this right since I was clearly frustrated. Them making it right was me having to take time off of work for them to inspect it themselves. (Surprise my Tahoe was on the lift just fine) Of course they don’t agree with everything on the inspection report from Chevy. They did say I had some issues that needed fixed. We left that appointment of with them telling me they’ll order all the parts, call my warranty to see what’s covered, talk to the manager about what’s not covered and they’d call me the following day. Surprise. No call the next day. I waited 2 weeks before calling them. Who I spoke to on the phone really didn’t know what was going on. Confirmed my parts were not ordered and said they didn’t know I wanted them ordered. They were the ones that said they were ordering them. Also they had to point out on the phone my reverse light that was burnt out was replaced for free when they did my inspection. Whoopity doo. They said at that point they were going to replace my belt as a “good deed”. Said they’d order parts and call me the next day or 2. I’m now over a week of not hearing anything from them. Again. This place is full of zero communication. Ghosting customers. And giving the run around. One person says something and other says something else then tries to backpedal to meet up close enough with what the first person said. So here I am with 6k worth of work and zero accountability. We will be going out of town to buy vehicles from now on. Loyal customers for over years, thousands of dollars to the dealership. Nothing but frustration for the last few years. Over it all and completely unhappy. More
