Words can't express how great the OTIS Dealership were in helping me with my new car purchase. Mr. OTIS and Mr.Caponi went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience ordering and receiving my new helping me with my new car purchase. Mr. OTIS and Mr.Caponi went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience ordering and receiving my new ford Mustang. They new how important it was to me and they took pictures as it came off the trailer, removed the stickers without destroying them and keeping them in perfect shape for my documentation records. They spent time explaining all the features to me and it was just a great experience. I traveled ~30 miles to work with them because from my first contact with them I felt a connection. If I were to buy another Ford I would travel the 30 miles again to deal with them. More

Traded in my jeep for a used Ford focus got great trade in value for the jeep and great price on the focus. Tom was in touch thoughout the whole process and was very helpful. When I picked up the focus I noticed the tires were a little worn in back I called tom and he told me to come right it and they swapped them out for brand new ones they apologized for not seeing it and had it fixed in a quick and timely manner. I have recommended this dealership to friends as well. I also brought my truck in for rhino lining I was quoted low for it but they still honored the lower price. Great dealership that tries its best for customer satisfaction. More
