I cannot say enough great things about Mark! We talked about the price they had advertised, he was a good negotiator firm but fair and he didn’t make you feel like it was a fight to the death in the end I got a very fair deal and I think both felt good about it. My journey started 200+ miles from Otis Ford and the trip was well worth my time and effort. I had already gotten finance through a bank but when the proper paperwork didn’t make it to me on time, I called Mark and with in a few hours he had secured new financing for me at a better rate all in less then 24 hours from me picking up my new vehicle. Mark didn’t bother me with excessive phone calls and when he did call it was business friendly and to the point. I had to take the train to pick up my purchase since they were so far away and Mark even picked me up from the station on a Saturday afternoon. The Expedition was delivered to me as if it was a new car and the entire process was perfect. Otis Ford may not look like much from the outside but the people are what makes a business and these people are very very good at what they do. More

I purchased a 2012 Ford Transit Connect from these people who came highly recommended from a friend. I drove an hour to buy my van from them, but I am glad I did. My van actually broke down.
