Slimy people who also MLM on the side. Their number one focus is money, money, money, and look, looks, looks- well those things only last so long. Wouldn’t recommend anyone do business here. service Brought a flat tire for service. Jim held for a couple of days trying to find defect and found the rim was the problem. Did not charge for the effort. Brought a flat tire for service. Terrible Business. Terrible experience. I bought a car with a verbal price. I came in to pick up the car at the time i said i would. My salesman was not there as promise Terrible experience. I bought a car with a verbal price. I came in to pick up the car at the time i said i would. My salesman was not there as promised. I was told that I had to pay more than agreed to, even though I put money down on an agreed price. Had to bring the car in several times for problems. After driving the car for less than 30 days the transmission started making loud noises. They changed the fluid claiming that " the belt in the transmission was dry and changing the transmission fluid would correct this". I trusted them to be truthful to me. Three months later and maybe 2 thousand miles later, the transmission completely failed. They decided to do nothing about this. I had to put in a new transmission. The cost was 4,800. Because this car has a non -serviceable CVT transmission. After talking to many mechanics, and the place where i had it fixed, I was told, what this was a blatant attempt to push it beyond the 30 day guarantee to get off the hook to fix it. My only justice is to tell every one what happened so other people will see how bad their business practice is. I will not do business with them again. More

Failure to post customer's rights on wall (legally required by the state of Maine), and also failure to retrieve my old headgaskets. I wanted them back to inspect, but they threw them away. They did a great job to my car.
