I am a regular customer at this dealership for servicing and have been for the past four years. Yesterday (11/29/2011) I was in there to have an oil change done. The oil change took about 30 minutes and have been for the past four years. Yesterday (11/29/2011) I was in there to have an oil change done. The oil change took about 30 minutes to complete and once done was sent to get washed. Some ten minutes after leaving the service bay I asked where my vehicle was and was told it was being washed. Another ten minutes later Matt checked and notified me that as new vehicle washes get presidence on service customers it will be another ten minutes. Finally when my vehicle was ready Matt informed me of this and I left. On arriving at home I noticed that some cash had been missing from my vehicle so I called the dealership this morning and spoke to Matt who passed the information onto their Head Sales man who called me and appologied and offered me a free Oil Change the next time I would be at the dealership. i will not be going back here again and would strongly advise anyone taking their vehicles for sevrvice to be very careful what they leave in their vehicles. this dealer ship lost a vauable customer and in future I will take my vehicle to another Nissan Dealership and make sure nothing is left in the vehicle prior to any work done. More
