This dealership is the fastest and friendliest that I have ever been to. They do not try to upsell me on any products. I love the option of having my car serviced on Saturday. My mother received excellent service. There was no pressure or sales gimmicks. They asked what they needed to earn her business. She told them and they worked it out. I called about buying a used car. I spoke with Justin and answered some simple questons for him. After a few minutes and a credit check, Justin told me that it would be easier to get me approved for a new ca answered some simple questons for him. After a few minutes and a credit check, Justin told me that it would be easier to get me approved for a new car, and that it would really help my credit score. I ended up buying a 2013 Nissan Sentra from him. Justin worked very hard to make this happen for me!!! I am very grateful for his help and for him being straight with me, not beating around the bush. As per our ph conv yesterday, your dealership does have several issues. If not for Terry, I would Not have pur from you. davin Washington is a horrible salesperson. He didn't give the info I provided for my financing to Joe, he didn't handle del properly & I had to come back twice to complete paperwork. He didn't explain car features properly. Too wrapped up in being "cool", never gave me the feeling that I was more important than him. Wes Pinson, you Sales Manger should also be reprimanded for the way he handled this deal. I told him on Friday that the car I wanted was @ Northpt. Per the Nissan website @ 5 am that day. He did dealer locate & told me, nope but he found the car in Harrison. I told him I wanted 2 dealer installed. When he gave Vin to Terry to do dealer trade w/ NORTHPT he told him car was red. Luckily, he gave him the correct VIN or your dealership would've had the exp of 2 dealer trades. When I left the dealership on Fri, I told Wes I'd call him w/ financing info as soon as I had it. He never ret. my calls which is why Davin got back in the loop! Neither Wes or Davin informed anyone in service dept for the dealer installed options. Not ready when I "took" delivery on Monday. Davin then told me when I came back on Tues to bring my registration for traded vehicle that car would get the items promised. NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT THE FACT THAT NONE OF THE PAPERWORK ON THE PURCHASE WAS COMPLETED ON MONDAY THAT WAS THE REAL REASON I HAD TO COME BACK ON TUES. When I arrived on Tues aft., Service dept had still not been informed of items owed. However, most importantly none of the info provided to Davin regarding my financing had been passed on! This resulted in me having to pay an overnight fee from my credit Union home office (CEFCU in Peoria, IL). It has delayed the receipt of your money &most importantly to me the delay of my receiving the sales tax money. I was hoping to get car registered & pay sales tax prior to traveling to S. Carolina this week end. I hate using temp tags as it advertises the fact I'm driving a new car! Terry definitely deserves a promotion, the very least a bonus. Without him, I definitely would Not have purchased from Risser Nissan. Accolades to Adam Price for all of his help explaining all the "gadgets" on my new Altima & ESP the garage door opener programming! p.s. I have to make 1 more trip to get dealer installed options. Your "free" tank of gas - I've had to burn a 1/4 of a tank to get a completed delivery! 3 trips from HSV. Usually, when I buy a car, I get 3 free oil changes. I was going to get this if I bought the 2013 but, forgot to include in the deal for the 2014 w/ all the confusion! Respectfully, Diana Podawiltz More
Excellent purchasing experience. Adam did a great job in keeping in contact with me after our initial meeting 2 weeks ago without being annoying! The other Nissan dealer did not even call me back to see if keeping in contact with me after our initial meeting 2 weeks ago without being annoying!
