While I believe that this has been one of my easier car buying experiences, I left feeling very frustrated. Walking in I was placed with a gentleman who was very kind, however him having an air pod in, the entire car buying process made it feel very unprofessional or as if maybe he didn’t care. When sitting down to look at the numbers I was offered the lowest amount of my trade in value (if my car was in bad shape). It wasn’t even due to how my car looked. It was due to them changing the price of their car that my car was now worth less. That part really did not make much sense to me because if my car is worth a certain amount that shouldn’t change because of the vehicle I am looking at. But I know that’s how car dealers work. Ultimately I ended up spending a thousand dollars more than I would have had they not deducted that off my trade in. Yes I could have walked away but I was in need of something bigger and was assured this wouldn’t be a waste of a total 4 hour round trip. By having to spend more money I did not have enough room in my budget to purchase and extended warranty where I felt stressed and pressured to do something I could not afford because I had not expected my trade value to be less than what the top part of the range I was given. I ended up saying no to the extended warranty because of the poor trade value. The vehicle I traded in was in perfect condition so there was no reason that I should have been given less. Upon arrival home and further inspection of the vehicle it was discovered that one of the floor mats was missing. This was very frustrating because it was a detail that was overlooked but I feel should have been disclosed by the dealership. At the end of the day I could have walked away, and part of me wishes that I would have. If a number was not reasonable for a trade in value it should have never been provided. More
Horrible and dishonest. Left vehicle for a week after purchasing it to have a few items fixed like promised in the sale . Two months later and still nothing . Left vehicle for a week after purchasing it to have a few items fixed like promised in the sale . Two months later and still nothing . More
Recently took my car to NISSAN dealership for repairs 1/5 waited for four days before someone took a look at it(yes I had an appointment). After calling a couple of times the work was completed within 2hou waited for four days before someone took a look at it(yes I had an appointment). After calling a couple of times the work was completed within 2hours and finished on 1/10. My employer helped with the cost of repairs and cut a check to Nissan for over $1300, when trying to pick up and pay for the repairs I was advised by Nissan they do not accept checks over $200. They have no specification if personal or company along with no advisement anywhere on the website or invoice I received stating this information. I ended paying out of pocket for the full amount of $1753 and still trying to figure out how can I be reimbursed and pay my bills. Since my employer help pay they cut the check to the dealership directly for the services and not me personally. I requested a call on 1/17 to discuss and I am still waiting. Then I was charged for a car battery I did not ask for or approve since my previous battery was purchased January of 2022 and was still under warranty. I understand the battery was not working, but I would have rather paid for it to be charged so I could replace it while it was still under warranty. Worst experience More
Where to start. Short is "Run don't walk AWAY from this dealership". They utilized every "used car salesman" trick in the book. Start by advertising one price t Short is "Run don't walk AWAY from this dealership". They utilized every "used car salesman" trick in the book. Start by advertising one price that is different when one gets there too look at the car. Then tried the bait and switch. Always the high pressure of got more people waiting to buy this car. High pressure of this price is only good for right now. Then the back and offer and counter offer with the "sales manager" - you know where the salesman goes out of sight and takes a coffee break just to make you wait. During this process is the constant shuffling of numbers between actual price of vehicle, trade value, payments, extra stuff like extended service agreements. I have to agree with the other reviews that say "they are energetic about the process", but it is purposely made confusing so one can't tell the exact price of anything. Energetic isn't good. While waiting they offered us all sort of drinks and snacks and even sandwiches making it sound like they complementary, only to find out they were actually chargeable and outrageously priced. After HOURS of fake negotiations, the paperwork came back for signatures and as other reviewers have noted the overall price had magically gone up $2000. Dealer handling, delivery fees, and some stupid made up other thing. Apparently they had hoped we wouldn't notice.??!? For some stupid reason we made the mistake of purchasing the car anyway. Then the new issues. They had agreed to do certain services to the car but getting them actually done was like pulling teeth. Then the final big mess up. We never got the paperwork. Realize the temp tags were expiring. Calling them they said they mailed it to a certain address. Drove 4 hours to get the mail from that address and it wasn't there. Went into the dealership where they "suddenly" realized they had never mailed it because one of their people had been sick. Now it is only days from the temp tag being expired, no way to perform all the stuff needed in time and they refuse to get us another one. Temp tag. Their solution, "just explain to the policeman why you have an expired tag". ZERO real concern for their customer. Contrast this with a Toyota dealership in New Mexico where we had issues getting paperwork transferred to Colorado to get a permanent tag. They issued a temp tag remotely and sent it overnight FedX to me. That is customer service. More
