I must always check their work- as they do not perform requested tasks- example- fasteners used to keep wheel well cover in place- I asked for up to eight be replace as one cover was loose- I checked others to find fasteners missing- they did not replace- they do not perform required service bulletins put out by Nissan- this has caused expensive repairs on my part- if not for internet-I would not know about these recalls- they are available to view on Nissan website. They also are not fully truthful- they stated out of 200 people I was the only unhappy one? that is a 99.5% satisfaction rate (statistically impossible)- Consumer dealer ratings give them 75%- They have very high turnover in the facility as a whole- no one from service is left from when I first purchased the car-none left from even one year ago- same with sales- no familiar faces- I wish I could find another Nissan Dealership locally. I took my vehicle to them for service to keep it new- as they would be up to date on latest service bulletins- I feel like a total schmuck for doing so- especially as I sit here and look at my 3 inch thick service record history- I had every recommended service performed on vehicle- every single one. The least they could have done was to check for the service bulletins when vehicle was in shop- I even drop off so that they are not rushed- tell them to take time. More

I had searched several brands and read all the reviews on SUVs over the course of several months. I looked at and drove 2 Hyundai Santa Fe’s, 2 Toyota’s, an Acura, 2 Honda’s and the Nissan Murano; I chose the Nissan Murano, platinum. The Murano had the performance, handling, and luxury feel I wanted. I called Will on a Monday morning and went in that afternoon to sign the papers, no hassles. I also wanted a particular exterior color and interior design and McGavok searched and found just the car I wanted and had it brought to Wichita. Will and Brayden treated me with respect and went above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend Will Hockett and McGavock Nissan for a great buying experience. More
Better since the cleanup Took our 2013 Nissan rogue in for service in 2015 and was told by Shane service manager I was experiencing the problem from a bad oil change. Well he insisted I needed to pay for the diagnosis. I did but was still unhappy. A year later on a family trip we noticed the same issue. This time we took it in and sure enough it need a new transmission and axel rod. I was treated beyond great this time around. More
poor customer service Was contacted on Thursday evening to see what it would take to get into the Murano I was looking at the week before. Talked to my bank on Friday, told them the amount needed for my trade in and asked if the same Murano that we looked at was still available, they said they would check and see what they could do and call back. A couple hours later they finally call back with their offer. I asked again if the same murano was available..they said they weren't sure but could get another just like it if not. Called them Saturday morning, told them we were good to go on trade value and asked again if the murano we looked at was available or if there was another for the same price that would be fine too. He stated he would have sales look and if the original murano was solder would see about having one brought in and would call me back in 15 min. An hour and a half later, I called them back because my bank was about to close to be told that they sold the original Murano and can't get one in for the same price but that if I wanted to spend more for a 2016 and not the discounted 2015 they could do that. I don't have time for dealer games. Why contact me to purchase that car and have me jump through hoops and then not even have the car anymore. And so rude to say you'll call right back, then call hours later. More
