Worked with one of the best sales team I've ever encountered while buying a new car. Lead by Juston Whalon sales professional. Tough negotiators but very fair to the prepared buyer who knows what they want and knows what they're willing to pay. Had my other Nissan car serviced today and the service area did a great job also. First time buyer here I test drove a few 2017 Maximas then I drove a 2016 maxima by the time I drove it it was kind of getting dark so we didn't know about any problems unt I test drove a few 2017 Maximas then I drove a 2016 maxima by the time I drove it it was kind of getting dark so we didn't know about any problems until the next morning. I think that if you're selling a car you should point those things out. He said the car hadn't been detailed yet so the manager sent him out to clean it up. I was really surprised the next morning with how many scratches are on this car. The reason I decided to go with the 2016 is because I was under the understanding that I would get full warranty because the car was certified so I would get three months of the Sirius XM didn't question it. I was told that we would get free VIP and then he told us all the things that comes with that and showed us around. Late into the night we finally got a number we can live with and we decided to buy the car . Once we got to the finance desk after spending many hours there and decided to purchase this car then we found out that we're not getting the VIP, when I showed I wasn't happy with that because I was told I was getting it so then the young man said oh yeah OK yeah you're getting it. When I asked where my paperwork was on my warranty he said I get all that in the mail. The reason I decided to go with the 2016 is because I was under the understanding that We were getting a certified vehicle and I liked the color better than the 17's. And was told it was in perfect condition. So now I'm home I call sirius XM and find out I only get two months. I never did receive anything in the mail about the car I bought except the contract. I did find out that I paid for the VIP that I was told I was getting free because on the contract there's a amount of 599 extra charge. When you look at the VIP paperwork at the bottom it says it cost 599 so I figured that out so that didn't make me very happy. I wrote to this company about this car being certified and where is my paperwork for it never heard from anybody. I've had this car for couple days more than a month and I have had four big issues with parts coming apart or being damaged. I went back and w or being damaged. Three of them have been replaced by another company. However one part was ordered from this company when I had my oil changed and I still haven't heard from anybody about the part being in. I assume it's there and when I go for my next Oil change they will replace it. When I was there for my oil change I was supposed to get my tires rotated after an hour and half when they gave me back my car they told me they forgot and to make sure that I get it done next time. They washed my car and I didn't dry it so it look dirtier than when I brought it in. More
