Ken was great, quick service Came in for routine maintenance, I had requested full synthetic oil change, but it appears based on the sku listed and cost in the invoice it appears Came in for routine maintenance, I had requested full synthetic oil change, but it appears based on the sku listed and cost in the invoice it appears a regular oil change was performed. Was offered a value pack (VPST) at $150 for 3 oil changes which im not sure is for full synthetic oil or regular dino oil per parts guy. That said, service was very prompt, there was no oil mess in the engine bay unlike an previous instance and I was out in less than an hour. Highly recommended. More

Oil change Everything went well, the only issue was my wheel lock was not put back in my vehicle. I had left the dealership and had to turn around and go back t Everything went well, the only issue was my wheel lock was not put back in my vehicle. I had left the dealership and had to turn around and go back to get it. The service writer went to locate and came back with it in a few minutes. The tech had left it in the impact wrench. Glad I noticed it because with our I could not have removed the rim if I had a flat tire. More
