My new service tech, Connor Brau, did an excellent job of keeping me informed of my vehicle's status and making sure I agreed with all the maintenance tasks being performed on my vehicle prior to doing the work. He also made sure that I had a rental car when it turned out the tires on my car needed to be replaced and they didn't have them in stock. More
Honest service I’ve been getting my car serviced here since I purchased it 2.5 years ago. The malfunction light came on early in the week. I text Ken to see if I nee I’ve been getting my car serviced here since I purchased it 2.5 years ago. The malfunction light came on early in the week. I text Ken to see if I needed to bring it in immediately. He said end of week would be fine. He had it looked over really well since my warranty was about to expire. The warranty only covered a few parts of the issue, but Ken explained it clearly and did his best with the cost. I will always take my Altima here. More
