Warranty repair on XM raido Has taken months to repair warranty work on radio when XM identified the problem being the radio module. I understand your computer was not working with warranty computers, customers should not make 3 trips to have problems fix. Orr did give me a oil change for my many hours of lost time. More

Misquoted Pricing Went in to get my brakes looked at. The service rep was upfront with everything they found and told me what needed to be done and how much before any Went in to get my brakes looked at. When it came time to pay I was informed that I had been quoted a wrong price because he forgot to factor in the time for a second job. Ended up adding another $80 to my bill. I understand mistakes happen, but that is not one that should happen. More

By the time I needed my first oil change, we realized Orr had taken over the previous Nissan dealership on I-240, which is much closer to our home. We've been there for oil changes on my car and my husbands Rogue, and have been very happy each time! We use Conner as our service rep and he is excellent! He's friendly, happy to help us and the service on our cars has been exceptional! More
