Very friendly sales person. One thing I thought was neat was they showed me the actual invoice and the holdback. They did not hide any numbers. Please purchase all vehicles from Hudiburg at your own risk! The following is what happened to me. 1. Purchased a truck from Hudiburg 2. The battery died the very next day on the way to take my tr risk! The following is what happened to me. 1. Purchased a truck from Hudiburg 2. Once we jumped the truck and got it started the ATF light was on and it kept flashing saying that it was in 4-wheel drive 4. I Took the truck to Hudiburg and they attempted to charge me $2,200 for a transmission 5. I explained to them multiple times that it seemed very odd the transmission would go out when the battery died, but they were absolutely certain that it needed the transmission replaced 6. Four hours later after much debate, Hudiburg said they would fix it for $500 7. They explained that they were replacing the transmission and it only takes a day once they get it in 8. Waited 1 week and never received a phone call 9. Ended up having to call the General Manager in order to get a response from the service department 10. Was then told the transmission got shipped to the wrong location 11. One month since purchase, I finally am informed the transmission had been replaced (never received a call, had to continually call them) 12. I go to pick up my truck and it has what Hudiburg estimated to be $3000 dollars worth of hail damage 13. Hudiburg refuses to fix the hail damage or drop the $500 for the transmission General manager refuses to help me so I spend the next month talking to an attorney 14. Meanwhile Hudiburg runs my trade-in through the turnpike 4 times, a total of $225 in fines 15. Hudiburg finally drops the $500 16. Two months since purchase I go and begrudgingly pick up the truck because I need it 17. Once I get the truck I find out the tow package has been removed, not the hitch but the entire receiver assembly! 18. Also the transmission still isn’t fixed, sometimes it won’t go into drive and the 4lo light occasionally blinks when driving down the road 19. LONG story short....Salesmen kept wasting my time trying to get me into cars out of my price range...wasted their time and mine by doing this. Took an Aveo home overnight to see if it was something I liked to get me into cars out of my price range...wasted their time and mine by doing this. Took an Aveo home overnight to see if it was something I liked and wanted to spend extra money on the payments...hated the car and brought it back the next day. The Finance manager and I had it out in the middle of the showroom for about 20 minutes before he had someone bring around my car. Got the angry "YOU WASTED MY TIME" phone call from my original salesman. Will continue to go to Bob Howard from now on. More
