There is a reason they shove papers at you so quickly. And no to extended warranty does not mean no to the finance manager. He shoved an envelope across the table to me. He said I'm giving this to you for shopping with us today. I was charged for what they were "giving" me. Avoid the dishonesty and shop elsewhere. Wow, I thought things could not get worse. Was I ever wrong! When I called on May the 19th with my concerns, Mike Day the Finance Manager promised to get with the team to review my paperwork. This was on May the 19th, today is the 27th and I have not received a phone call. I gave up on the Finance Manager and Sales Manager keeping their word to do a follow up and meet with me. I called and asked to meet with or talk with the General Manager. This was on May 23rd, he was out of town. The person answering the phone told me he always returns his phone calls, "Always." Well, this turned out to be a lengthy process but I did finally speak with him. The only recourse he offered me was a refund for what Mike Day added on at closing. For whatever reason, instead of giving me a fax number or address to mail it to at that time he told me to call and get it the next day. Well guess what, he does not answer my calls or return my calls. You will find nothing at Hudiburg Nissan other than unprofessional, unethical employees from sales to management. Stay away! More

Bait and switch Went to the OKC Hudiburg Nissan dealership a few days ago and found a used 2014 Desert Runner truck. Test drove it and loved it. Gave two offers which Went to the OKC Hudiburg Nissan dealership a few days ago and found a used 2014 Desert Runner truck. Test drove it and loved it. Gave two offers which were understandably rejected so we left. Called the salesman we were working with today and placed a higher offer and he said he'd check with the sales manager, Chris H. Salesman called us back and told us the sales manager thought it was a fair deal and told us to come in to do paperwork. We were under the impression that the offer we gave was the agreed upon offer by both parties. We got down there and Chris H then proceeded to tell us that we didn't have a deal and that they couldn't haggle on the price at all except the documentation fee. We were furious that we drove all that way (we live 20 min away) over a lie and left without another word. We felt not only lied to but cheated and we will never deal with this dealership again. More
