Intake at service center (Tony) Tony took my car in for a oil change, service bulletin (air bag), TPWS sensor and detail. I left the car all day. When I picked my car up the TPMS s Tony took my car in for a oil change, service bulletin (air bag), TPWS sensor and detail. I left the car all day. When I picked my car up the TPMS sensor was not replaced and the airbag SB wasn't complied with. This morning I called parts department and was told it (TPWS) was actually in stock yesterday but it wasn't entered into the system?? No service tag for next oil change, the old one is still there. Taking advantage of an old single women My 69 year old mother brought her car in for a TPMS light on the dash. $911 later they replaced 4 TPMS. They billed her $126/hr labor for 4 hours, yes that’s 1/hr per sensor. This is a fairly simple task that possibly could justify 2 hours labor. Discount Tire stated they would have replaced all 4 TPMS for $60 each. Several other dealerships stated they would have charged 1-2 hours labor for the exact service. I emailed the service manager Paul Alban and have not received a response. More
Don't trust a used car salesman Long story short we were in the area for the weekend and checked out a used mini van. We weren't sold on the van so walked on the 3rd or 4th offer when it was wasn't near our price range. About an hour after we left and were back to my family's home 70 miles away they contacted me with an offer we liked. Given that they continually said we were very lucky to get a 60 month term loan we assumed it was a great offer. They failed to mention that it was actually a 72 month term and turns out to a worse deal then the one we walked out on. Given, this is on me for not reading the contract when they delivered the car, another 500 bucks they charged us and come to find out ORR says it does free deliveries. We were having my son's birthday with my family when they delivered the car so I was distracted when we signed the contract and that the term length was printed right on top of other words so you can barely read it as is. To top it off they said it would be detailed but when I went to take out the seats to vacuum I realized it they had just done a light surface clean and actually vert disgusting! I have detailed 100's of cars, boats, and planes and this was one of the worst. I have spent over 12 hours trying to get this van clean. ORR should be extremely embarrassed because this van shouldn't have even been on the lot this dirty, especially having a couple days notice that we were coming to look at it. So these people took advantage of our situation and we got played because we were in a hurry. Please go to a different dealership and don't trust ORR! More

bad experience i took my Honda odyssey to orr in hot springs with an emission system problem, advised that I caused the problem by "overfilling the gas tank" I kno i took my Honda odyssey to orr in hot springs with an emission system problem, advised that I caused the problem by "overfilling the gas tank" I know better but accepted the quote of a little over 700.00 to fix the evap canister and pump....my son picked the van up and paid approximately more than 100.00 more than quotation......I live 80 miles from dealer and when my son got home the check engine light was on......I emailed them about this with no response.....after contacting service manager I was told to bring the van back at my expense which involved a 320 mile total roundtrip to bring van with an additional vehicle to bring me back home....I took to my local mechanic and we put on rack and the large hose to the evap canister was left off...we put it back on and called the service rep and was told to let the local mechanic reset the check engine light....I eventually got the car fixed with additional expense and no help from orr....the bottom line is do not accept a verbal quote and also ask for a written warranty for their work (they do not warranty their work, labor or parts...this written non warranty is on their invoice....I found later that this was not their first "rodeo" beware!
