Jeff and Shawn were very friendly and informative and let us take the lead. They did not have the car we wanted on the lot; they did show us a good deal but it wasn’t what we wanted. Then they began searching the area to find it. It took a few days, but because they wanted to please us, they made it happen! We have had the car less than two weeks, but so far, we are very pleased.
