Each time I have been to Orr Chevrolet I have been treated with extreme kindness and courtesy. Elias did a great job coordinating the entire thing! While waiting for "diagnosis", my two kids were looking at the cars on the showroom floor. Eric Oswald talked with them and treated them so nicely as the ooohed and awwwed over the Cameros and Corvettes. The shop foreman also helped us, but I cannot remember his name. Oil change tire roation I brought my truck in for a regular oil change along with requesting a tire rotation. The people I dealt with were great and the oil change was fine. I brought my truck in for a regular oil change along with requesting a tire rotation. The people I dealt with were great and the oil change was fine. Problem I had was that when I brought in my truck the front right tire was missing the air valve cap. After I noticed it was still missing on the same tire when I got home brushed this off as just a coincidence. However now I am going to have to purchase new tires due to wear on the inside of the front tires. If the rotation would have been done then I feel I would or should have been notified about the wear and an alignment could have possibly saved me the money now that I am going to have to spend to replace them. More
