Each time I have been to Orr Chevrolet I have been treated with extreme kindness and courtesy. Elias did a great job coordinating the entire thing! While waiting for "diagnosis", my two kids were looking at the cars on the showroom floor. Oil change tire roation I brought my truck in for a regular oil change along with requesting a tire rotation. The people I dealt with were great and the oil change was fine. I brought my truck in for a regular oil change along with requesting a tire rotation. The people I dealt with were great and the oil change was fine. Problem I had was that when I brought in my truck the front right tire was missing the air valve cap. After I noticed it was still missing on the same tire when I got home brushed this off as just a coincidence. However now I am going to have to purchase new tires due to wear on the inside of the front tires. If the rotation would have been done then I feel I would or should have been notified about the wear and an alignment could have possibly saved me the money now that I am going to have to spend to replace them. More
