Anyone knows that you know immediately the bolt will not tighten and leaking oil. Accidents happen but this tech would be looking for a job if working for me. Shane and Mary were great and after we were stranded that night they provided a loaner car the next day. More

Mary McClain should get the Employee of the Year Award Mary was so quick and courteous. As soon as I got there she had me set up and took care of me and my new Silverado.
