Since buying the truck, I've had several mechanical issues with the truck which has caused me to b in the shop way too much for a brand new 2019 Silverado. Joe in service has been outstanding. The service manager on the other hand has been a nightmare. Hands down the worst service manager who provides the worst customer assistance. He has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I have yet to hear an apology for his awful service. Will never buy another truck from Orr based on his customer care. More

Routine service for oil chg etc. I hv NO COMPLAINTS regarding customer care in service dept or sales. I do however hv an issue with employees who do the actual labor in service. I recently switched over from Cadillac side to Chevrolet when I traded my Cadillac in for a Camaro. On my first visit I brought in for a repair and they began to repair the wrong side which then made that particular piece defective. Joe took care of everything and very apologetic also provided a loaner vehicle when I had to bring back second time where they kept for 3 days. On my second visit which was this past Tues for simple routine service I noticed there was windshield solution spilled all down in front of windshield and splattered on my vehicle. I noticed this because I had just detailed my vehicle the night before. There are now what looks to be chipped pieces on my windshield from the solution obviously being to strong. I only know this because it was done to one of my previous vehicles several yrs ago when an Oil & Lube shop we’re very sloppy and did the same except it ran down the side of my vehicle which almost ate thru the paint! Whether it’s a $10,000 vehicle or &80,000 vehicle they really need to pay attention and not try to hurry and be more cautious of customers vehicles. I never had an issue of any type on Cadillac side for the 5 yrs I used them regularly. I know accidents happen as well and I’m not one to complain but after 2 incidents on both first time visits I feel this should be brought to someone’s attention. As I said before Your team of customer care ppl JOE, SHANE your salesman IKE & ROCHATD who did our financials are all EXCEPTIONAL employees and are the reason we plan on purchasing again in the future. More
