New SUV Went into Orr for service and not expecting to buy new SUV but Forest took the time to show the different SUVs while we waited for service and I ended Went into Orr for service and not expecting to buy new SUV but Forest took the time to show the different SUVs while we waited for service and I ended up buying new SUV. Because we could not accomplish all the set-up, Forest came to the house the next day to finish setting up the vehicle. He went above and beyond what I would have expected. Great job. More

The service manager was very professional and polite. I was pleased with the level of service I got from the Service Manager. But the Parts Department was unsatisfactory in my opinion. I ordered a part an I was pleased with the level of service I got from the Service Manager. But the Parts Department was unsatisfactory in my opinion. I ordered a part and was told 3-4 days after a week I am still waiting. More
