My car broke down on I40 and thankfully, it was near fort smith. I had it towed to Orr and met Randy, who took care of us like we were regular customers. He kept us informed about the repair, and it was done when he said it would be. This is after we called several other G.M repair shops we could find and was told by all of them they couldn’t even look at the car for at least a week.
