Took my Escalade in to get air. Shocks repaired was told that It needed a new relay to make it work. They put the new relay on and it did not work. Still charge me $600 for a part I didn’t need. and additional $2000 worth of parts to fix it later. Ask him to remove the parts they put on that did not fix the problem and was told lhat I needed to pay them even if it worked or not will not go back to that deal they lied to me! More

Honestly, I was did very wrong especially because I’m sure it was known that the vehicle I purchase had problems. All I had was that, problems lol. As a single mom I got into horrible debt trying to cons sure it was known that the vehicle I purchase had problems. All I had was that, problems lol. I had a horrible credit rate, I think the only good thing that came out of this was the fact that I was able to keep up with the payments and it raised my credit up. So thank you for nothing!!
