I had so little interaction with the service personnel, it is impossible to give a true evaluation. I recently had my transmission go out with 59,800 miles on my 2020 Tahoe .Harold Dean has always been very responsive in a timely manner. This time he was out sick for 2 weeks before I went to the dealers on my 2020 Tahoe .Harold Dean has always been very responsive in a timely manner. This time he was out sick for 2 weeks before I went to the dealership and met with the service manager , Jerrod Faber, and got the straight story about the backlog of Transmission Repairs being taken care of at ORR ,on behalf of General Motors. I did not understand the magitude of the problem and was not crazy about waiting 12 more days , but appreciated Orr's efforts . I was told that some customers were waiting 6 - 8 weeks for their transmission repairs and felt lucky I was out for almost 4 weeks and was covered by warranty . More
