Treated like VIP I had an appointment to look at a particular car the next morning. I walked in, my salesman recongnized me and took me right to it. They actually had I had an appointment to look at a particular car the next morning. I walked in, my salesman recongnized me and took me right to it. They actually had to drive it out of the showroom for me. After a long test drive, it was all about the numbers. I was upfront and told him I like it, but I was going to test drive another vehicle unless they made me an offer to keep me from leaving. They actually beat the number I had decided on by 2,000. SOLD. Kenny rocks. This is the 2nd vehicle I've bought there, and won't be my last. Top notch service and sales. My family thanks You! My 5 star rating is no joke. More

Experience was good Everyone was really nice. Trade in value on my vehicle was nowhere near what I expected though. I got $3,000 for a 2014 Kia Sorneto with less than 100 Everyone was really nice. Trade in value on my vehicle was nowhere near what I expected though. I got $3,000 for a 2014 Kia Sorneto with less than 100,000 miles on it. That vehicle will sell for at least $10,000 easy. I understand that your never gonna get what it's actually worth. But I thought that was a little ridiculous. So they made a killing off me on that. Other than that experience was good. More
