She had a great friendly smile and a professional personality. We shared what we were looking for, she showed us a couple of good choices, then she wanted to show us a new 2017 Malibu, a great deal!! Of course, we both love the new Malibu’s, and said sure!! Susan’s knowledge of the info on the car was amazing. We took a test run and was very impressed with the car. We decided we wanted “this” car. We also aprpreceated the no pressure sale from her. Susan was the most enjoyable car buy I’ve ever experienced. When we were moved to Chris’s office for the paperwork, we found Chris very friendly and on task with ALL the paper signing. He made the process very comfortable and easy to understand.
