He insulted our current car, said the car we were considering was made for soccer moms, said that people that didn’t drive Cadillacs were not as intelligent as people who did, acted surprised when I wanted to ride in the front seat during the test drive, tried to sell us a two row vehicle when we specified we needed a third row, and when my husband tried to shake his hand as we were leaving the salesman turned and left my husband’s hand hanging in mid air. I will never go back, even if they were to give me a car for free. I felt disrespected as a woman and as a buyer. More

Customer service excellence Honestly, my last trip to Orr for an oil change/tire rotation was not positive. It was only on my third trip to the service department that I was able Honestly, my last trip to Orr for an oil change/tire rotation was not positive. It was only on my third trip to the service department that I was able to pick up my truck. Orr was new then. I'll chalk it up to teething problems. This time was a perfect experience. I dropped off my truck at 7:30 for an 8:45 appointment. I was promptly given a ride to work. A couple of hours later I received a call telling me that my truck was ready. I asked if they could deliver it to my work. Within 30 minutes I received a call that my truck was in the parking lot at my work. A couple of signatures and I had my truck. A perfect example of the meaning of customer service. Well done, Orr, well done! More
