Great for doing everything long distance. I was a little disappointed in the fact I asked for something to be completed on the vehicle before I picked it up and it was not. Expert analysis and fix for my new Cadillac CT6 On a Saturday morning cross country drive when the service engine light came on. I was a little rattled because I was some distance from home. I had j On a Saturday morning cross country drive when the service engine light came on. I was a little rattled because I was some distance from home. I had just purchased the car a day earlier in an adjoining state where I live. Lucky that Orr was just a few miles away and grateful for their Saturday service department hours. I wish I had everyone’s name but the service advisors were great and the Cadillac mechanic knew the engine, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had me on my way in an hour. Confidence in my car was restored. It’s now 5 days and 2,000 miles later, my trip is completed successfully, the car was perfect with no further issues. Thank you! More
