Although I feel they didn’t allow enough for my trade in, they were accommodating in every other way.. I left 2 messages over 2 days to schedule an appointment, nobody ever called back. I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take about 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half I asked about th nobody ever called back. I was told the oil change and tire rotation would take about 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half I asked about the status. The rep went to check and said the car was waiting in back to change a wiper blade. I won't even get into the condescending comment from another rep. Being busy is not an excuse for this type of service, I have been an ORR customer since I moved into the area 17 years ago. Your organization has changed and become more complacent. Now I have to rethink my continued use of your services. More
