Herman was Great. ..he definitely worked for his commission. He showed us many different vehicles and let us test drive them and addressed our concerns....would defin ..he definitely worked for his commission. I reduced by one star as we did not receive paperwork like we are used to and was not explained along when payment is due...will ask when I go back in a day or 2 to have fabric protector and ceramic coat put on.
