Worst dealership experience ever! Went looking for a specifically optioned XT5. We had a salesman, but dealt mainly with the sales manager, Chris Hanson. He found us a car in Hot Sprin Went looking for a specifically optioned XT5. We had a salesman, but dealt mainly with the sales manager, Chris Hanson. He found us a car in Hot Springs and we made a deal for it. He apparently didn't secure the car and the next morning, we were informed it had been sold. They found another one in OKC, but it had an additional option so they wanted an additional $300 for it and wanted us to pay $1000 to get it delivered. They finally agreed to stick to the original deal and promised to get it here quickly. I checked with them at noon on the next Tuesday (we made the final deal on Thursday) and was told they had left at 9:30 that morning to pick it up. It was only a 3 hour drive, so it should have been here at least by 5:30. That's allowing for an hour for lunch and an hour to load it. At 5:30, we were told he was stuck in traffic in OKC! He still wasn't here at 8:30 so we went home. We finally picked up the car the next day. My husband has cancer so he wasn't able to check out the car like he normally would. We later found it had been delivered to us with a chipped taillight. The dealership refuses to replace it. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND WOULD ADVISE ANYONE ELSE NOT TO EITHER!! I have had over 20 new cars in my lifetime and this was the worst dealership experience EVER!!!!!!! More

Each time I have been to Orr Chevrolet I have been treated with extreme kindness and courtesy. Elias did a great job coordinating the entire thing! While waiting for "diagnosis", my two kids were looking at the cars on the showroom floor. Eric Oswald talked with them and treated them so nicely as the ooohed and awwwed over the Cameros and Corvettes. The shop foreman also helped us, but I cannot remember his name. Excellent service as well. More

Oil change tire roation I brought my truck in for a regular oil change along with requesting a tire rotation. The people I dealt with were great and the oil change was fine. I brought my truck in for a regular oil change along with requesting a tire rotation. The people I dealt with were great and the oil change was fine. Problem I had was that when I brought in my truck the front right tire was missing the air valve cap. After I noticed it was still missing on the same tire when I got home brushed this off as just a coincidence. However now I am going to have to purchase new tires due to wear on the inside of the front tires. If the rotation would have been done then I feel I would or should have been notified about the wear and an alignment could have possibly saved me the money now that I am going to have to spend to replace them. More
