Ma'am, I feel terribly you feel as if your experience with us was anything less than spectacular. There was so much confusion about the delivery time because there were two vehicles of the exact same model and color being shipped to our dealer on the same day - both from Oklahoma. I am ultimately responsible for the misunderstanding, and I apologize for such an incredible mishap. I know that has to be incredibly frustrating, and I know that the small gesture of buying you all dinner did little in the way of smoothing things over. I do want you to know I value and respect your time. Even though there are factors outside my realm of control, such as the chipped tail light, I accept full responsibility for your frustration.
