Our favorite Dealership, like family BUT service tech "BAD" All great with the exception of a service tech that changed the oil in our SRX stripped the oil pan plug and worst sent the car out anyway. Anyone knows that you know immediately the bolt will not tighten and leaking oil. Accidents happen but this tech would be looking for a job if working for me. Shane and Mary were great and after we were stranded that night they provided a loaner car the next day. More

Mary McClain should get the Employee of the Year Award Mary was so quick and courteous. As soon as I got there she had me set up and took care of me and my new Silverado. Seemed like I wasn't in there no Mary was so quick and courteous. As soon as I got there she had me set up and took care of me and my new Silverado. Seemed like I wasn't in there no time and she came and got me and said I was good to go. She explained to me what they did and even gave me an idea of what to look forward to on my next visit.
