Worst Run Around Experience for Buying Vehicles Was already pre-approved (from another bank) walking in for well over the amount needed for a new vehicle. Saturday, we specifically asked for the fin Was already pre-approved (from another bank) walking in for well over the amount needed for a new vehicle. Saturday, we specifically asked for the finance manager to see if we could bring in a 2000 model RV and a different vehicle for trade in. He said to bring them in and that they would even let us take the new Suburban home for the weekend. Monday afternoon we go back to the dealership ... there were 6 Orr employees out looking at the 38' RV. They came back in and told us they are going to call around to get the best price. About an hour later, we are getting pretty restless because nothing was being told to us. Jerald (bless his heart) kept trying to stay around, but would be called off elsewhere. He later told us that they did not want the RV because it was too old (well, didn't we tell you that on Saturday?). So, the RV was out ... now to the car. We were getting even more restless because they JUST started on the car. We ended up leaving and asked them to call us when they had a deal in mind. The next afternoon they finally TEXTED (really?) my wife with a deal. I had been at this place before and one of the salepeople had told me a little about the Cadillacs being the worst about losing its value when driven off the lot. He told me that they lose 14%. Well the 6 month old car I had brought had approximately 4,000 miles on it and the offer they gave was 33% lower than what I paid. Needless to say, we will NOT be dealing with them. My wife's parents were even thinking about buying one of the Tahoes they had there, but no deal this time ($63,845 + $61,578 = $125,423) More
