What I needed I was in need of a car as mine almost didn't make it to the dealership .... I had a Chevy years ago and it was best car I ever had... (had it 12 years with no problems ) the car I was driving was not a Chevy was 4 years old and in the shop ALOT ... It was in need of repair agian and I could not take it anymore ... I could only make to one place without the repair needed and I drove to Chevy... I called as I was driving made a appointment with Susan Brown told her over the phone I have to have a car to get to my work and gave her my budget... When I arrived to Chevy my car was waiting for test drive ... It was perfect ... Just what I needed and right in my budget... I still looked through the car lot to make sure but she was right... Thank you Susan so much ... With only speaking on the phone with her just a few minutes she new just what kind of car to place for me and it was perfect fit.... False pricing We went in to buy a 2017 Chevy travers which the online price showed 25,500. So we went into the dealership drove the SUV and started all the paper work. As we got the the final number paperwork I noticed the price for the car showed 32,000. So I asked why it was so high and showed them on my phone there add for the SUV at 25,500. He said he would be right back as he went and asked. He came in and said they can't honor that price bc they used the sale money on different cars???? Seems like a bait and switch to me More
