Liars, cheats and con-artists Went to trade in my car, was told trade in value was 34,000 on an Altima. Didn't like the way it drove but saw a Nissan maxima with a hang tag of $ Went to trade in my car, was told trade in value was 34,000 on an Altima. Didn't like the way it drove but saw a Nissan maxima with a hang tag of $32271. Thought great.....Luke had me sign something that said I would owe zero sales tax. Went into finance, it was late and the guy talked to me about gap insurance which I agreed on, said sign here here and here. Folded my papers and stapled them with his business card and said put this in your glove box. Got my papers in mail and my price went to $34271 plus my trade in $31000 based on the car I bought. Didn't know value goes down based on the car you buy. Adam told me you signed it it's your car and a judge would agree. Talked to Luke and he said the same thing!! DON'T TRUST THEM, LIARS, CHEATS AND CROOKED. $5,600 DIFFERENCE IN DISCUSSED AND DONE DEAL, OH YEAH AND $331 in sales tax!! More
