AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! Ly was fantastic! I recently purchased a 2017 Malibu and my whole experience from start to finish was the best! He brought the vehicle to look at whil Ly was fantastic! Plan change I went in to have my car checked out as it was not starting as it had previously started. While I was waiting to hear from service, Susan Brown notice I went in to have my car checked out as it was not starting as it had previously started. While I was waiting to hear from service, Susan Brown noticed that I was looking at new corvettes in the book in the showroom. She approached me and asked me why I didn't drive a new one home. I told her that she probably didn't have what I wanted. I told her what I liked and she said, "I have one just like that for you". She said, "I will go get it" and she did. I took it for a drive. I didn't buy it that day but she kept sending me little gentle reminders and after five days we agreed on a price and I drove it home. What more can I say? More
