Knowingly paid a premium price for a premium product (approx $1800 over NADA). Not a negative, truck was exactly what I was looking for. Have owned the truck exactly 30 days yesterday. Truck has some front end problems that should have been caught by the Service Dept. The track bar was loose, the bolt actually fell out causing the front axel to freely float left and right. Fortunately no damage although could have been catastrophic. Have already replaced all steering components due to bad tie rod ends. Local tire shop found that ball joints on both sides were bad, replacement coming soon. Turbo nozzle is sticking in open position with exhaust brake operation, hopefully it can be removed and cleaned without needing turbo replacement (big $$$). Regretably the premium price I paid ultimately did not reflect the mechanical condition of the truck. All said..... I would have still purchased the truck knowing the work needed, but NOT at the price I paid as I have invested several thousand dollars in repair over a 30 day period. More
Tried to push me into a vehicle I went looking to buy a truck. The salesman & sales manager continued trying to push me into vehicles that I wasn't interested in & kept trying to get I went looking to buy a truck. The salesman & sales manager continued trying to push me into vehicles that I wasn't interested in & kept trying to get me to sign documents that if they could get payments at a price they knew I really wasn't comfortable with in the first place, that I would buy a vehicle that day. Well obviously a signature of any kind is binding so I refused. Even after I left & said I wanted to think on it, the salesman continued to call me up to a month after my visit. It has been almost 2 months since I went & I continue to get calls & texts. I will never go back. It was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. More

Ron personally held onto the keys of the truck we were trying to buy for a couple weeks while we were fighting with getting our settlement from our insurance. In accounting our finance manager gave my 16 month old daughter the pen to draw on his desk size touch screen, brought up a blank page for her to draw on, then printed it out for us. Lol More
